meaningful name to the

launch MS project, and select the XML type of source file

after selecting xml file, the filter becomes applicable and file is visible

The work orders will be shown as Gantt chart

After we are
finished we can
export back to
EAM
Save as xml

Microsoft Projects Export from MS Projects
Choose an appropriate name for the file

Microsoft Projects Import back to EAM
Go back to Oracle EBS > Maintenance Super User > Work order page
Press Import Schedule BUTTON

Select source System= Microsoft Project and browse to find the xml file

Locate the xml file and press Open

Then press Go to show the data which will be imported

To actually import press the Apply button

Once the import is finished we see the message, and in case of any error we can see the error
message on this page:
