which include necessary equipment, such as
generators for outdoor events, projectors

Event Documentation

Our professional production staff can

document your event, guest speaker or
meeting with a single camera, or
multiple individual cameras.

Base rates include:

1.5 hours of set-up

1 hour of production

1 hour of equipment tear-down

Minimal editing of the content and

the addition of graphics (event
titles, speakers' names, etc).

More advanced editing is available.

project needs.

1 Camera (Includes 4 hours of editing):

$923 base rate ($79 each additional hour
of production). Non-profit/municipal
rate: $769 ($66 each additional hour of
production).

2 Cameras (Includes 8 hours of editing):

$1,738 base rate ($158 each additional
hour of production). Non-
profit/municipal base rate: $1,449.
($132 each additional hour of
production).

3 Cameras (Includes 12 hours of

editing): $2,554 base rate ($237 each
additional hour of production). Non-
profit/municipal base rate: $2,128 ($198
each additional hour of production).

Live and Streaming Meeting or Event

Coverage

Events and meetings can be recorded,

carried live on cable television and/or
streamed on the internet. Live coverage
of your event or meeting uses our multi-
camera mobile production system, and we
produce the program on-site.

Base rate includes:

3 hours of set-up

2 hours of event coverage

2 hours of equipment tear-down for a

4-person crew

Sound and live graphics

3-Camera Coverage:Base rate $2,363

($316 for each additional hour). Non-
profit/municipal base rate: $1,970 ($264
for each additional hour).

Additional cameras may be added at

additional cost. Please contact us to
discuss your project needs.
