JOB DESCRIPTION AS INTERN IN STORES, PROCUREMENT AND DISPOSAL UNITS

Stock taking, receiving and taking charge of good ordered by the institution

Check quality and quantity of goods supplied against specifications as per purchase order

Making requisition and maintain an accurate record of goods receive and issued using the
Navision financials inventory module

Preparing advance ledgers and submit monthly institute and department consumption reports and
any other report as might be required by the finance manager

Prepare store for monthly stocks taking and ensure that the stocks taking exercise is done at the
end of every month

Facilitate the inspection of stores by auditor board of survey and other authorized person
