In two to three paragraphs discuss your leadership style and whether you agree or disagree with
the findings of both tests. ( What kind of leader are you if any? )
With the results Ive found the leadership style I am is participative and
Laissez Faire/transformational. I agree with both of the tests because I like
to at least think I am charismatic leader and that I am not super controlling.
I like to think that I am a decently good advice giver when people ask for
help on situations. If I had to pick a style of leadership it would be
participative because I feel that it is the best way to lead a team to success.
I feel that this 50 question test is more of an accurate rating over the other
test.

I also agree with the smaller questionnaire. I agree with both because
as a person I can be a bit two sided, like depending on the situation I may
try and take it on a different way. Ive never really been the leader though
on any teams bacasue I am usually the youngest and no one wants to take
orders from someone younger than them, but when the time comes Im
almost always ready to lead my team to the best of my ability.
