Principles

dewatering mines or slurry transport.
Pipes used in mines must usually handle high
pressures, daily changes of PH-values or
chemical composition of the water.
Furthermore an outstanding difference to other
typical pipelines applications (f.e. drinking water
pipelines, turbine penstocks) is the needed
flexibility to make changes in the pipenetwork
once the pipeline is in operation. Beside this
focus on easy maintenance there is also a high
contribution to safety at work.
The pipes must be able to function reliably in
every situation that can occur f.e. massive soil
settlements, earthquakes.
