Drei Sterling was born on Fort Carson Medical Center January 15 1990, he and his
mom was left by his father Drake Kingfort Drei and his Mom Trisha Sterling was
living together in a apartment in Fort Carson, Trisha had to left Drei to make m
oney Trisha's job is a "Tow Driver", Drei was 2 years old at that time he was go
ing to the Fort Carson Elementary School he was bullied by his classmates, after
6 years his mother died because of an accident so he moved to Los Santos idlewo
od to live with his Uncle Drei live on the streets it was hard for him but he de
cided to live on the streets, after 2 years he was 12 years old he started gang
banging with his homies.

Sexual harrasment/rape without OOC permission/agreement on both player and admin
is not allowed, if you did not follow this rule you can be punished
All characters involved in robberies/scam must be level 5+ you cannot scam a lev
el a level 1-4 player and you cannot rob a level 1 player, you can scam a maximu
m of 50,000 and you can rob a maximum of 500$, also OOC scam/rob is not allowed,
if you rob or scam anybody you cannot kill them, if you have been rob or scam b
y somebody you can rob the things that you lost, you may not rob the same person
/ more than once in a 2hour period, scamming vehicle,house,business is not allow
ed/forbidden, to rob a bank you will need a admin permission and supervisor, als
o there must be atlest 50/30 PD/SD online and on duty, you can get a admin permi
ssion through /re or /pm
