To Whom It May Concern;

It is with pleasure that I am writing this letter to recommend Evan Volski, as he seeks a
special educator position at your school. Being the Site/Adjunct Professor from the
University of Colorado at Denver, I have known Evan for a semester, while I have mentored
him through his student teaching experience at Adventure Elementary in Thornton, Colorado
and have had him in one graduate education class. Evan is thoughtful, caring and dedicated
to making education a profound and enriching experience for all of his students. He is a
team player and believes family partnerships are critical to the success of his students.

A few aspects that I appreciate about Evan are his thoughtful insights, his positive attitude
and his willingness to explore new ways of reaching students through engaging instruction.
He seeks out materials to make the lessons accessible for all of his students and
incorporates all elements of a successful lesson. Evan works hard to do his best and reflects
often how to best meet the needs of his students in ways that are meaningful, relevant and
rigorous. He believes all students, especially with special needs, must be challenged to learn
and grow in ways that deepen how they understand their world.

I think Evan would be a valuable asset for any school. His caring compassion, thoughtful
demeanor and meaningful insights will enrich the lives of students in whatever classroom he
is in, as well as be an excellent addition to any staff. If you would like any further
information about Evan, please do not hesitate to call me.

Sincerely,

Dr. Molly Leamon
