I currently work in the Guest Services Department assisting guests.
I assisted customers in purchasing product from our company as well resolving issues. I was part
of our International & Government Department that ordered product for customers overseas as
well as government employees.
Provide customer service, Resolve customers' service or billing complaints
Provides excellent customer service, demonstrates a customer service mentality in all areas
Hired as Customer Service representative and performed regular customer service functions: heavy
phone contact, follow-up work with customers, handling of day-to-day customer service issues.
Field Experience
Wasatch Elementary August 2016 March 2017
Student taught in a 3rd grade classroom. I assisted my host teacher two days a week (Monday &
Tuesday) for the first semester and during the second semester I assisted my host teacher five
days. I helped plan lessons for my host teacher as well as planned my own lessons. I also
assisted in creating our classrooms town meeting, which we later performed at Rose Wagner in
Salt Lake City. I worked in small groups as well large groups, graded homework and various of
tests, and implemented a behavior plan for one of the students. I had the experience to work
with a challenging student with extreme behavior issues. My teacher and I worked with the
parents as well as the principal to get things in the works for this student to be transferred to a
specialty class to better serve him.
Observed 6th grade teacher Trudy Soffe for coarse MATH 4010. I observed the teacher for a few
classes to get a feel of how the class is run. I then observed & worked with an individual student
to understand what the student knew or still needed to know about multiplication and division. I
planned a small lesson for each math objective and then worked with the student to assist her in
gaining more knowledge in each.
Observed 1st grade teacher Terry Baker for coarse LING 5811. I observed the teacher for a few
classes to get a feel of how the class is run. I then worked with individual students as well as
small groups in Language Arts lessons. We worked on spelling, word pronunciation, & reading. I
worked mostly with students who were new to the States and were not fluent in English.
Worked in the reading resource room for coarse EDU 5321. I tutored a 5 th grade student in
gaining more confidence in his reading skills as well as helping him understand the rules of word
pronunciation and fluency.

Assisted Penny Caywood in designing and implementing fine arts lessons into the academic
curriculum.
Observed 6th grade teacher Trudy Soffe for coarse EDU 5200. I observed the teacher for a few
classes then worked with individual students to see how they understand phonics & phonology.

Observed 6th grade teacher Trudy Soffe for coarse ECS 3150. I observed the teacher for a few
classes to get a feel of how the class is run. The coarse I was taking was to get an understanding
of ELL students and how the classroom effects students in both a negative and positive way and
how important it is for a teacher to effectively assist ELL students.
