This is for your approval regarding my involuntary future absences in my OJT duties, as all BSA
students will be taking their qualifying examinations on April 18-21 (Tuesday-Friday) and their
grade retention consultation on April 11 (Tuesday) from 1:00 onwards.

I also want to thank you for your approval regarding my involuntary past absences dated April 5
(afternoon) and 7 (whole day) when all BSA students enrolled for their summer semester and
attended/ushered the schools 41st Commencement Exercises, respectively.
