Abstract:
This project is developed in MS-Access. The Aim of this The Dreams Academy is to provide the easiest way
to student and staff in order to manage courses, their duration, and students communication with staff in
order to get different course informations.

This project consists of different tables, forms, reports, queries according to the wish of students.

The students enter in the academy, get Admission form then join the Academy through computerized system.
The students get information about courses and saves record in computer. The record of every student is
saved in database in PC securely.

The entrance of students is through computerized forms. The database is as the wish of students & staff.
Students can watch their full records that how many courses they have taken away from academy. The
students can take print of their full report of courses. They can see the fee record. This project provides
reports depending upon different conditions.

Introduction to Database Project:

As we know that Academy is the place where everybody can go even students, teachers & the people who
belongs to the different communities. This Database is design according to student in meeting.

After meeting, students were realized that we can make their desired project.

Analyzer got the requirement & take overview of the existing system. The analyzer makes some entities from
some typical & defined terms in required documents.

Then he sent these entities to the designer for making ERD, physical design &Data Flow diagram. Then by the
help of these diagrams, the developer designed a Database & after developing, the tester remover errors from
this database by the help of testing database on different conditions.

Existing System & its Draw backs:


The existing system or current system is like a file processing system. It is fair but it is time consuming. It does
not provide GUI. It also stores data but not so correctly. This system was time consuming.

o Errors occur mostly in record of every student.


o The data was misplaced mostly due to different registers of data record.
o To retrieve data of students was very difficult.
Proposed System & Its Advantages:
This system is developed in MS-Access and all the drawbacks of existing system are overcome.

Advantages:
o The proposed system is according to the students-staff requirements.
o The record is entered through forms.
o Every record of students, like courses, fee, Duration is present without any error.
o This software saves time of staff as well as students.
o There are no more chances of errors in record.
o You can get report of every student that how much courses he had taken yet.
o You can see fee report easily of every student.
o Different queries on courses, student information, Teachers information.

Requirement Phase:
The meeting of team resulted different requirements in the form of document which are:

Data should be entered through forms.


Have Queries of Staff information, students address, fee, duration.
Reports of students information, fee, courses.
No Repetition of Anything.
Should be secure
Technical terms already define in the software.
Portable Software.
Should be implement on every OS.
Software should be window based.
Good Performance.
