Healthcare provision

The obligation of government is to provide the opportunity for equal service for
everyone. Health provision is defining our social, cultural, political and economic
conditions. In any country, there are 3 structures of health service which are primary,
secondary and tertiary. Primary health service where early diagnosis can be possible,
which may prevent more expensive hospital treatment being required. Secondary care
provide simple surgery and treatment. Tertiary is specialized consultive care, often
hospital care. In todays world poverty is a major problem. In some developing
countries, those who can afford it can receive good quality care. Primary and Secondary
care hospitals cant provide them simple surgery and injurys therapy, especially
developing countries. Due to tertiary hospital accept all patients with a high cost. So that
tertiary health care couldnt focus on specialized surgery. Finally, their illness can be
reached at risk and need to get surgery in developed countries more high costs.
Therefore, GMO foods that could directly affect human health are primarily products that
can enter the human food supply. Food safety is essential to good nutrition and health,
which are vital to sustainable development. WHO estimates that every year, 1 in 10
people fall ill and 125,000 children under 5 years of age die from foodborne diseases.
Furthermore, the study of Asian development Bank, 2013, 28% of drugs are
unapproved prescription drugs. Many healthcare providers are unaware of the
unapproved drugs and have continued to unknowingly prescribe for patients. In
addition, since many unapproved drugs or medicine are marketed without brand names
have been available for many years, it is often assumed that these unapproved drugs
are generic drugs in our society. This is not correct. Moreover, AIDS/HIV has spread
rapidly. UNAIDS estimates for 2008 that there are roughly 33.4 million living with HIV,
2.7 million new infections of HIV and 2 million deaths from AIDS. In order to reduce
these problems, we must take following measures.

To begin with, Treatment for diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases and

chronic respiratory diseases can be protracted and therefore extremely expensive. It
would be certainly a good idea if governments take measure and ensure with good
specialists and technologies for all structure of health care. The result would be
decrease cancers and save too much money for surgery.

Secondly, The General Agency for Specialized Investigation takes control for
import food supply and prohibit GMO food. The outcome of controlling would diminish
the GMO food. They can ensure people with organic foods hence, prevent illness by
reason of GMO foods.

Another possible measure to combat this issue would be General Agency for
Specialized Investigation put under control of all hospitals service and all pharmacies
drugs or pills. The result of this would eliminate the sale of unapproved pills alongside
improve hospitals service.

There's no vaccine to prevent HIV infection and no cure for AIDS. But it's
possible to protect yourself and others from infection. if educating each person about
how HIV is transmitted and how you can avoid becoming infected. The effect would be
they will aware of preventing from AIDS and thank to their knowledge.

In addition, there are some environmental issues affect a human body that is
pollution and littering. Annual health expenses for Ulaanbaatars residents due to
pollution causes some illness and one in four deaths in Mongolias capital city of
Ulaanbaatar. It would be a good idea if improving the air quality in the ger districts will
reduce pollution. Consequently, worrying of air pollution reduced as far as possible.
Moreover, there are many Indigenous people who have still not yet learned about how
to get rid of types of rubbish such as paper, cans, glass, plastic bags etc. Also, adults
failing to set a good example for children. If the adults are always dropping litter then
children will think it is the right thing to do and they will do the same thing. The problem
could be solved by educating people so they understand the health problems caused by
litter, the danger of injury from litter, therefore, they will never want to litter.

To sum up, there are several measures which could be taken to improve health
such as improve specialists and technologies in all medical instructions, take control of
GMO food supply and sale of unapproved drugs or medicine and improve
environmental issues. Thus, governments need to focus on the policy of health care.
Finally, Mahatma Gandhi said: It is health that is real wealth
