RESOLUTION NO. 12 S - 2016

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE

PROGRAMS/PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES UNDER ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP)
OF BARANGAY 3- POBLACION, ALFONSO CAVITE FOR CY 2017.

WHEREAS; submitted for consideration of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay 3-

Poblacion recommending the approval of the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for Gender and
Development Fund of the Barangay for the Calendar year 2017 amounting to Eighty nine
thousand, one hundred twenty two and 30/100. (Php. 89,122.30)

WHEREAS; as per submitted AIP, the allocations for the total resource requirement for
tall programs, projects and activities as follow:

5% Gender and Development Fund Php. 89,122.30

NOW THEREFORE on the motion of Kagawad Virgilio F. Fenomeno duly seconded by

Kagawad Jose Cosa Jr. be it;

RESOLVED as it hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay in session this 2 nd day

of October 2016 to approve the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the Barangay for Calendar Year
2017.
 RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Sangguniang Bayan
and to all concerned for their information and approval.

Attached here a copy of Investment Plan Form (AIP) of the Barangay for CY 2017 as
part of this resolution.

02/100 (Php. 641,655.02) consisting of 20% Development Fund, 10% SK Fund, 5% BBDRRM
Fund 1%BCPC and1% Senior Citizen & PWDs.

WHEREAS; as per submitted AIP, the allocations for the total resource requirement for
tall programs, projects and activities as follow:

a. 20% Development Fund 339,489.20

b. 10% SK Fund 178,244.60
c. 5% BDRRMF 89,122.30
d. 1% Senior Citizen & PWDs 17,824.46
e. 1% BCPC 16,974.46

TOTAL ------------------------------------------------------------------------- 641,655.02

NOW THEREFORE on the motion of Kagawad Virgilio F. Fenomeno duly seconded by
Kagawad Jose Cosa Jr. be it;

RESOLVED as it hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay in session this 2 nd day of
