Its time to consider food as a huge issue of our lives. Butane, some artificial
flavors, Corn syrup, Artificial Sweeteners are in a huge varities of our foods. Those
ingredients are extremely bad for our health, but could make your sense of taste
satisfying. Butane for example is a preservative ingredient to make meat products last
longer. But normally, butan is used to light a fire. Its interesting how this improvisation
works. Losing taste of foods is just like losing money for food companies. A fascinating
point about food companies is that they store harmful ingredients in our foods which
needs to be eliminated because a large majority of people can experience a sudden
early death, or obtain bad long-term health problems, and not many people know what
they are eating which is a problem.

Imagine a little pain that increases in each second, then a flash of light arises.
An early death can be avoided by consuming less of many foods with horrible
ingredients. One of the strongest ingredients that causes death is sugar. Its placed in a
lot of verities of food such as fruits, cereal, honey and some vegetables but they are
produced naturally but dont usually carry high glucose unless stated. Many rely on tasty
foods for high glucose such as juice. sweets, desserts, and pasta which carry a lot of
sugar, Which could cause, Heart disease, diabetes. obesity and cancer based on lists
of symptoms. (Mead PS, Slutsker L. Deitz V.) It is not bad to eat sugar because our
bodies need to receive energy with sugar. Some people can not help themselves to eat
junk food. Addiction, for example is the reason why some people get diabetes, obesity
or cancer occurs when people cant resist temptation from food that they enjoy eating.
Once people eat what they love they are satisfied. Some symptoms include, eating in
secret alone, they could have headaches, or bad digestive disorders or worst suicidal
ideations. (Ekern, Jacquelyn) Please seek help if found someone that has these
problems. Dying from food ingredients is bad and can cause long-term health problems.

Stomach aches, headaches, vomiting are some factors of a having bad day but
they dont last long. The long-lasting effects can get very painful, annoying and they
should be assisted with doctors. Health problems are affecting many from the united
states, starting from large food portions, the substance to make a food a certain color.

the foods that are too sweetened/salty and some preservatives. Studies have shown
that some junk foods produce is used to Drive consumers mentally insane while
causing widespread infertility, organ damage and a loss of any ability to engage in
rational, conscious thinking. (Adam, Mike 2014) This researcher is connecting dots
from evidence in the food and connecting them to what he has seen to support his
claim. But the the focus of this research was on is the organ damage that are long-term
health problems. The long-terms can be received from eating a lot of junk food can lead
to skin problems, non-functional bladder, heart diseases. As a food company the way
they work is when they make foods for people to eat. But, the producers have problems,
they need to consider risk of losing money, or making their produces affordable and
likable. The main reasons why most of the foods in america are cheap is because they
are made differently, it is not what an average human would expect. Normally the
animals are raised in the farms and they eat grass and such. But in other food
companies the animals are genetically changed into a different environment (factories)
and way of eating (corn) is not natural , which it easier for farmers to produce food for
people. But what those companies that make their meat last longer, preserving color,
and contain a lot of salt just want money. ( Arnarson Dr. Atli) These types of ingredients
can give the long lasting pain of heart and bladder disease. Unfortunately not many
people check for food labels and only the price.

The food labels are your guidance to a healthy lifestyle, But they are small and
sometimes unreadable. The purpose of this is to not share what the product has to
offer. A lot of food companies dont want the producers to know what they are eating
they just want recognition for their taste. The products sometimes say Fresh, or show
pictures of farmers, and %100 natural are misleading. For example, all natural doesnt
mean all that much. The Food and Drug administration doesnt define it. Although food
makers wont get in trouble as long as so-labeled doesnt contain added flavors,
artificial flavors, or synthetic substances. (Deza Danny). These misleading food labels
are to match the consumer's satisfaction. That is how many food companies make their
money. Not only the food labels drag on people to eat food, it is also the food
commercials on television that make people crave for the food. Researchers studied the
psychology of people watching television and eating food, the study concerned the
effect of food commercials on eating behaviors or who believed that the food
commercials might have influenced what or how much they eat. (Hill Catey) If we eat
more of something and we dont know what is in the food then we have a higher health
risks. The food needs to change some laws the include,limited food commercials. Allow
the public to see what is in our food in bigger font, and allow the public to report foods
that are misleading or breaking the food laws.

A large majority of people can experience a sudden early death, or some bad
long-term health problems, and not many people know what they are eating, food
companies that store harmful ingredients in our foods which needs to be eliminated.
Researching these many ideas of food and how they are being made me lose my
appetite on junk food. People need to start checking their food on a daily basis. Also to
make sure they dont over eat on foods that can cause people harm. Please seek
assistance if needed for healthy issues.
