STATES, I CONSTITUTION AVENUE NE, WASIIINGTON, DC 2OOO2

The following cvents took place within the District of Columbia in PSA 103:

On Thursday, April 20, 2017 at approximately 1310 hours, in front of 100 block of First Street NE. Sergeant Joel
Hobbs 19048, working in a plain clothes capacity, observed the defendant, Adam Richard Eidinger, standing on the
east sidewalk with a large clear zipper bag containing lvhite, hand-rollcd marijuana cigarettes contairing a green
leafy substance in his right hand. Sergeant Hobbs seized the bag and turned it oyer to Crime Scene Search Oflicer
West.

Oflicer West field tested the green leafy substance on scene at 1312 hours in the presence ofOfficer Wise with I
positive result for THC and conlirmed there were 78 rolled marijuana cigarettes within the clear zipper bag. The
defendant is in violation 2l USC $ 841 Possession with Intent to Distribute. The defendant was placed under arrest,
transported to 119 D Street NE for processing.

The substance was weighed at I l9 D St NE on a non-calibrated scale for an unollicial total of 58.6 grams. The
substance will be transported to ahe DEA for analysis to include ollicial weight.

The defendant was later transported to CCB for lock-up.
