Co-founder/ Project Manager
Initiated a pro bono consulting project that strengthened club members consulting skills and added
value to local organizations
Spearheaded client outreach and evaluation of potential project opportunities
Conducted a 6 week project with a local nursing home that suffered from a 25% decline in
occupancy rate, resulting in the client:
- Receiving two Facility Improvement funding packages totaling $8.7 million NTD from Ministry of
the Interior, which increased occupancy capacity by 15 times
- Achieving an A rating in Annual Evaluation evaluated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, which
resulted in bonus compensation for the entire organization
Managed a 5 week project with a start-up company in the leisure industry that faced competition
from 20 vendors in a low barrier to entry market, and assisted the client in:
- Devising a Branding Strategy to differentiate from competitors as a premium vendor
- Conducting a Competitor Analysis to strengthen efforts in strategic planning for the next year
- Identifying opportunities in higher organizational efficiency by implementing an Organizational
Restructuring Plan to focus on product development
