Supporting within the APPENDIX is an online sample of the Documentation: Reference

documentation, procedures manuals, and tutorials. The documentation will guide you in
the right direction for linking each individual ASU Employee module. The help topics
will help you understand the significance of linking each module.

Help Topics for Linking ADP Modules

*You will need to make sure all ASU Employee personal data is input correctly in ASU
Employee Screen 1

1. Move to the benefit screen and input the ASU Employee benefit data that is
required to upload and be linked on the next following modules. Hit the save
button to link.

2. Click on the Health screen module to view the linking data and if there is no data
within the module scroll back up to Benefit Screen 2 to verify information and
click save again.

3. Click on the Life Insurance screen module to view the linking data and if there is
no data within the module scroll back up to the Benefit screen -2 to verify
information and click save again.

4. Click on the Retirement Benefit module to view linking data for employee
retirement and if there is no data within the module scroll back up to the Benefit
screen -2 to verify information and click save again.

5. You will follow all the same procedures as instructed above from steps 1-4 for all
remaining modules within the ADP system to verify and link each ASU employee
module.
