us

These

also
help
evaluate
the
teachers'
relationship
with
and
understanding
of
content
because
there
were
multiple
times
in
each
course
where
we
needed
to
explain
or
teach
our
classmates
about
content
we
had
learned.
This
made
it
quite
clear
if
we
understood
the
information
or
if
we
were
merely
reciting
what
we
had
found
in
research.
Even
though
this
was
not
something
we
practiced
a
lot
on
young
students,
it
was
a
way
to
show
that
it
is
very
important
to
be
familiar
with
information
and
truly
understand
it
yourself
before
you
teach
it
to
someone
else.
