Description:

In this assessment, students are required to select menu from any of the local restaurant in their city
and evaluate this menu based on your lecture-2 content. You Must consider following aspects while
conducting your evaluation and writing your report.

1. Menu Psychology
2. Menu type and suitability
3. Factors affective menu planning
4. You must support your report with secondary sources and references.
After evaluating the menu, you have to provide at least 5 recommendations for improvement.
Your report should have following structure.
