Sub: Proposal for oil filtration and gasket change and other tit bit

maintenance of 3.15MVA 33/11kV transformer.

It is almost 08 years since commissioning, the 3.15 MVA , 33/11 kV

transformer has been operational. Moreover as it feeds the T/s load
we hardly got any chance for full fledged maintenance of the
transformer. Now as the procurement process of new 11kV CB for
Township has been initiated and running its course towards completion
so this is the high time to carry out some important maintenance and
replacement job like vacuum oil filtration and gasket change at
various parts of Transformer before it again become operational. M/s
STP Electro engineers in this regard has submitted the best offer they
can which is annexed herewith .

Administrative approval for 76187.00 which includes 5% VAT and 15%

ST is required for this job. Placed before Sr.Mgr(OPH-EM) for his view
and necessary action.
