An experience of attending over 10+ interviews before different panels particularly banking industry I
would like to bring my personal experience to share with you all energetic aspirants whom great
future has much to offer.

First of all, a glimpse of your first sight answers most of the questions what the panel is looking for.
Your first sight should send the message that this opportunity means alot to you and you have all the
required abilities and mental aptitude what this job is all about. Wearing a smile on your face, and
showing a sign of great respect for the panels you must enter the room and ask for permission to
have a seat.

Now the interview begins:

Before giving any answer, first understand the question completely with proper attention and try to
give very precise and short answer. They are looking for smart people and people who come with
proper preparation. They will start throwing the questions one after another and sometimes interrupt
you deliberately to check your temperament and how effectively you behave under stressful
circumstances. So here what your presence of mind and mental aptitude comes forth. State Bank is
a knowledge based organization and it plays with information and its main job is to control so you
must understand what this job actually demands from you. Interview differs from person to person
but they ask questions from your most recent qualification to check your academic credentials and
then some questions related to Economics, Current affairs, and in last but not least questions related
to State bank for example? What is the job description of this position? Why didnot you choose
Commercial bank? Why do you want to join State Bank? Why we select you? Do you think with this
