Being a motivated, dedicated and deadline lover project management professional. He is capable to work on his own initiative
and as part of a group/team. Having strong analytical, technical, communication, problem solving, interpersonal and planning
skills devoted to sustained high quality standards, ready to work for an organization to utilize these skills in getting
organizational objectives and commitment.
He has highly developed skills & ability to design, implement and direct trainings and youth development and leadership
programs. He has made positive contributions in social as well as educational sector. He has intend to work for the youth, to
sensitize, aware and to provide them opportunities where they can share their creative ideas, experience, and achievement
and also gain knowledge from others. Being a Youth Activist He has a vision to empower the youth of Pakistan with an ability
to understand the importance of their role in society.

PART 4: MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT

General presentation of the project
Briefly summarize your project and provide information about its aim, impact, the context in which it operates and in what way
it could be considered a model of excellence.

The recent operation of Pakistan Army (Zarb-e-Azab) against the militant groups in North Waziristan Agency (NWA) has caused
the emergency situation in the area. The people have been displaced from their homes and they have migrated to the adjacent
districts of Bannu, D. I. Khan, Lakki Marwat, Karak and other parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. According to the FATA
Disaster Management Authority 95356 families have been registered as displaced. Total number of Individuals displaced is
1,002,002; male 258,643, female 286,389 and children 456,970. This displacement is affecting the effected families from all
aspects; especially the childrens education has been significantly suffered. If these children are not provided with proper
educational support their educational career will suffer in long run and they will not be able to contribute positively to their
families and society in future. As per rough estimates there are 319,879 children who are school going out of total 456,970.
Therefore, this project is targeted to provide those school-going children educational support in the form of establishing libraries
in schools having unique and creative books besides the academic books as a tool of innovative learning, conducting
motivational sessions, hygiene awareness sessions and personality building sessions. As 80% of the displaced people are
temporarily settled in District Bannu, therefore, this project will target District Bannu.

Context and issue

Please describe: 1) the educational context in which your project is operating and state the educational challenge and/or social
issue(s) that your project is addressing; 2) why in your view it is important to tackle these challenges and issues in the given
context.

No specific attention is being paid so far; for the restoration of the educational system of the IDPs children. Therefore, CERF
grant is the need of the time to provide a strong support to the children education. As the 80% of the IDPs are settled in District
Bannu, therefore, by focusing of providing educational support to IDP children settled in Bannu will give maximum benefit to
effected families. Fund raising can be carried out through fund raising campaigns in the province to mobilize local community to
contribute to meet the needs of this emergency situation. Besides the other sector including Shelter and Food etc, the
education should also be focused. As discussed there are more than 0.45 Million Children affected which is almost 45% of the
total population affected in which there were almost 0.30 Million children were school going that constitutes 30% plus of the
total affected population so that is why this sector cannot be ignored.

The innovation and solution

Innovation can be of many kinds depending on the context. Please state: 1) in what way the project, or its components, are
innovative in the given situation; 2) how the project distinguishes itself from other actors in similar fields; 3) how the activity is
innovative in the use of educational tools, design, methodology, media and/or practice.

It is essential to continue with their education and alongwith that it is also necessary to divert their attention from the ongoing
operation, so therefore we suggest innovative learning procedures. In this, we intend to establish libraries in already existing
schools and even camp schools which will provide creative books to students for better learning and understanding and also
exploring the creativities hidden in them. The project alongwith Libraries Component will also focus on Trainings for Awareness
Purpose, in which three main sectors will be focused including Hygiene Trainings, Motivational Trainings and Personality
Building Trainings. This idea will prove significant and will be very beneficial for the school kids.

Impact & achievements

Please explain: 1) how the project has transformed an aspect of education and the effect this is having on beneficiaries and the
community or society at large; 2) how the project ensures delivery of quality of learning as well as its relevance in the real
world; 3) the key impacts and how impact is assessed and progress is monitored.

Sustainability & future developments

Please indicate: 1) how the organization's structure ensures the sustainable development of the project; 2) how the project has
been funded to date and how the project is seeking to ensure future funding; 3) the future objectives of the project in the
months/years to come and how it plans to achieve these.

Clusters are focusing on numerous sectors to be covered at immediate basis including the shelter, food, pure water, hygiene
issues, education continuation and others. Government alongwith various international donors have already started focusing
the immediate shelter and food needs but the rest of areas should also need quite greater attention at immediate level.
Considering the fact this idea has been documented comprehensively for the donors attraction in order to save the time of
students so that they can continue their education without any hurdle either in the existing schools of District Bannu or in
Camps Schools. After starting the Project the concerned Stakeholders in the Government Sector will also be taken on board for
better decision making for future regarding the continuation of such initiatives.
