Sub:- For health awareness presentation in your organization/ institution.

Sir/ Maam,

We regularly organizes free physiotherapy health check-up camps, Physiotherapy

awareness camps, Health Melas, Seminars on health issues at different places like district courts,
police lines, corporate sectors, rural areas & in old age homes from previous six years for
creating awareness in our society regarding health issues & to motivate the people about their
health & well being. We are working with associations working for the betterment of the
physiotherapy profession/ Professionals/ Studies/ Students & for physiotherapy awareness
among the society.

In this sequence/ series, we want to organize

i) A Health presentation on ergonomic care in your organization/ institution. Which

covers lower back pain related with posture its may be highly effective for your staff
to prevent the low back pain & to prevent injuries. During this presentation we will
discuss on how to improve posture, proper ergonomic care, back care
exercises as well as consult individual health problems of your staff/ faculty.
ii) A Health Camp for ortho and neuro physiotherapy related disorders like cervical,
cervico-genic headache, low back pain, sciatica, PIVD, Osteo Arthritis, Ankylosing
spondylitis, frozen shoulder etc in your premises for your staff and employees.

For this presentation or camp we need your assent. We charge minimum amount for
both the activities to regulate the proper functioning of our association as well as for
charitable works done by association. So if you are willing and there is possibility to
arrange then please inform us.
