Dear Beauty Therapist,

This questionnaire has been designed to collect information from the Beauty Industry to establish if there is a need for self regulation of
beauty therapists in South Africa. Currently, there is no single body that regulates beauty therapists in Health and Beauty salons, Spas
and Nail salons in South Africa. Your valued input is required in order to understand what therapists would need in the Beauty industry
for future research. This survey is part of a process to establish a position for beauty therapists, which will assist the researcher in
gathering evidence to complete a thesis type assignment (Dissertation) required in completing a MBA.

Please note that:

The questionnaire should not take more than 10 minutes to complete;


Your cooperation is VALUED and will ensure the success of the research;
Any information given will be treated with the strictest confidentiality;
It is important for the researcher that you answer ALL questions honestly; or the survey will have no validity
There are no correct or incorrect answers;
The results may be used by the researcher to establish a need for self regulation of the beauty therapy industry in Gauteng.
