In June 2016, Julia Angwin of ProPublica wrote about
Googles updated privacy policy, which deleted a clause
that had stated Google would not combine DoubleClick
web browsing cookie information with personally iden-

has allowed Google to merge users personally identi-
able information from dierent Google services to create
