IamaseniorSpecialEducationMPHPK8/ElementaryEducationPK4majorandIwill
begraduatinginMayof2017fromKutztownUniversity.Iamexcitedtobelookingfora
teachingpositioninanelementaryorspecialeducationsetting.

Afewhighlightsofmyresumeinclude:twoprofessionalsemesters,twostudentteaching
placements,andvolunteerworkwithstudentswithdisabilities.Inmyspecialeducation
placementinamultipledisabilitiessupportsetting,Iconductedalearnerevaluation.This
includedchoosingastudentandconductingafunctionalbehavioralanalysis.After
discoveringthefunctionofthestudentsbehavior,Ithendesignedabehavioralplanfor
thetargetbehavior.Thisincludedfrequentprogressmonitoringandevidencebased
decisionmaking.DuringBuddyBasketballIworkedcloselywithastudentwhohad
Downsyndrome.Wefocusedmostlyonsocialskills,butalsoworkedonbasicbasketball
skills.

IamveryexcitedforthepossibilitytoworkwithyourschooldistrictandIwould
appreciatetheopportunitytomeetwithyoutodiscussmyqualificationsfurther.Thank
