Counseled 21 15-17 year old girls over the course of the summer where I provided
consistency, structure, and expectations for their daily life at camp
Collaborated with a team of 100 other counselors to create an environment of motivation,
inspiration, and dedication for our campers
Managed 5 sports-related activity periods a day with upwards of 15 campers each class
that increased campers knowledge of safety and skills necessary for each sport
