Describe the purpose and client requirements for the

network.

I have been asked to produce a brief giving detailed description

of the clients requirements for a computer network, with 3
different examples of what the network may be used for.

The clients requirements are

3 network users, one of the network must be the network

administrator. The network administrator is responsible for
making sure that the computer network is kept up to date
and maintained.
The client needs at least five shared folders and five
shared files. This would enable them to all access
information.
The client needs different access permissions for different
users.
The client needs to configure the network users, e.g. login
restrictions.
The client needs one shared network resources e.g.
Printer, Scanner etc.
The client needs to configure Network users e.g. add or
remove users, Change passwords etc.
The final requirements of the client is to set up network
utilitys e.g. Antivirus, firewall etc.
