About the University

Parul University, Fculty of Law offers advance knowledge of Law and endevours to disseminate learning of
Law and legal practises amoung the people at large, Play an active role in national development. It aims to
make law and legal processes efficient instruments of social development. In a rapid growing global legal
market, a new and totally innovative legal thinking is required. With this object in mind, Parul University
has introduced Faculty of Law to promote inter-disciplinary study of Law in relation to Management, Arts
and Commerce. Offering 5 years integrated programs such as B.B.A LLB / B.A LLB / B.Com LLB. after
10+2 qualification. We aspire to produce several eminent service oriented lawyers and judges to serve our
nation.

Faculty of Social Work at Parul University aims at transforming individuals by providing them a platform for
gaining social network education and knowledge through interacting and closely associating with the
society at large, assisting in the empowerment and upgradation of society and understanding the role of
Organizations for creating a better society. It offers dynamic and relevant programs at the Bachelors &
Masters level in Social work and Human Resources management. The course focuses on the key
importance of relevant subjects, Orientation visits, Concurrent Field work, Rural Camps, Study tours,
Field work, Seminars, Communication skills, Viva Voce and Block Placements

Theme: Emerging Legal Issues


The Conference aims to promote exchange of knowledge and ideas of the educationalist, jurists,
practicing professionals, Social activists, and individuals in area of their interest and relating to emerging
legal issues. There is no area which is not affected by laws, rules and regulations. At times the laws
contribute to boost the country's economy and there are occasions when it has been detrimental for the
growth of the country. The conference aims to provide platform to deliberate on various legal issues that
affect the quality of life of an individual and society at large.
