Cepu

The Cepu Cooperation Contract (KKS) was signed on 17 September 2005, continued until 2035
and covers the Cepu contract area in Central Java and East Java. ExxonMobil Cepu Limited
(EMCL) serves as the operator , and Ampolex Cepu PTE LTD., PT Pertamina EP Cepu and four
local government companies, PT Sarana Patra Hulu Cepu (Central Java), PT Asri Dharma
Sejahtera (Bojonegoro), PT Blora Patragas Hulu (Blora) and PT Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana
(East Java) together constitute the Contractor under the Cepu KKS. ExxonMobil holds 45% of
total interests.

Duri Oil Field is operated by PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI). Duri becomes the majority of
CPI's Sumatran production. Duri, the largest field, has been using steamflooding technology to
improve production since 1985 and is one of the world's largest steamflood developments.

The Handil Field, discovered in 1974, is a giant mature oilfield located in the Mahakam Delta,
Indonesia. It is operated under The Cooperation Contract by Total E&P Indonesie who also
producing oil from another Mahakam Block: Bekapai, Tunu and Peciko located in Kutai
Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan.

Madura Field is operated under The Cooperation Contract by Pertamina Hulu Energi West
Madura Offshore (PHE WMO). WMO Block owned by Pertamina since 2011. The field located
in the Southeast Madura Island, East Java with total area of 1.666,26 km2.

Tanjung oilfield, located in Tabalong Regency, is operated by Pertamina EP, the
upstream business unit of state-owned oil and gas company PT
Pertamina. Oil has been discovered long since 1898, which is included into Indonesia old
oilfield.
