It was a good experience a formal observation. My colleague felt confidence and during the discussion;
I was very happy and proud of what I have done. My college was very satisfied about my assessment
and she was agreed with the evaluation. I suggest her to monitor students and assess them while
doing the activity by using different ways including checklist and different questions. I feel it was a
valuable experience because I learned different techniques about teacher such as behavior
management strategies, planning for learning and activities. Furthermore, the evaluation enable me to
notice the good and worst strategies that are effective to use them in the class.
