Warranty : All Endress+Hauser Products are warranted against

defective materials and manufacturing faults (Except
for consumable items) for a period of 18 months from
delivery date or 12 months from commissioning date
whichever is earlier.

For Overseas/Outstation (Sabah & Sarawak), coverage is

only for Hardware and excludes Transportation,
Accomodation and Service Rate which will be billed
Separately.

Cancellation : Cancellation Charges of 25% to 75%

(Depending on merits of each case) of the value of the order
shall be levied for cancellation of order.

Storage Charge : Storage and administrative charges of 1% per

month of order value shall be levied for delay in taking
delivery of the order for more than 14 days.

Late Payment : Interest at 1% per month is chargeable

for late payment beyond the stated payment term.
