strengths are required, such as:
- Pre-stressed concrete
- Concrete elements manufactured in pre-cast factories.
- Bridges and cantilever structures.

- Walls and columns
- Slender components with densely packed
reinforcement.

Application Details

Dosage 0.8 2.0% by weight of cement. It is advisable to
carry out trial mixes to establish the exact dosage
rate required.

Dispensing Chemrite FC-200 can be added to the gauging water
prior to its addition to the dry mix or separately to
the fresh mixed concrete (on the batching plant or
on site into the truck mixer).

Concrete Placing The standard rules of good concreting practice
(production as well as placing) must also be
observed when using Chemrite FC-200.

Curing Fresh concrete must be cured properly, especially at
high temperatures in order to prevent plastic and
drying shrinkage. Use Chemcure products as
curing agents.

Compatibility Chemrite FC-200 is compatible with:
- Silica Fume
- Sulphate resistant cement.
Pre-trials are recommended if combinations with the
above products are being made.

Cleaning Clean all equipment and tools with water immediately
after use.

Remarks When accidental overdosing occurs, the setting
times are affected. During this period, concrete
must be kept moist in order to prevent premature
drying out.

Precautions 1. Accidental splashes to the skin must be washed
off with water and soap.
2. Accidental splashes to the eyes must be rinsed
with clean warm water. Seek medical attention
without delay.
