6.PRODUCTSPECIFICATION
6.1.BondedSikaWrapfabrics
Thestrengtheningshallbeachievedusingunidirectionalcarbonfibrefabric,impregnatedandexternallybondedtothe
structurewithepoxyadhesiveSikadur330
Thematerialshallbeapultruded,unidirectionalCFRPplate,andexhibitafibrevolumecontent>68%.
Thefibersshouldbealignedandfreeoftorsion.
Thematerialshallhavealongtrackrecord(>25years)forstructuralstrengthening.
ThefibrefabricshallbeunidirectionalandfabricatedofPANbasedcarbonfibres.
Installationinseverallayersshallbepossible.
Thematerialshallhavealongtrackrecordforstructuralstrengthening.
Measuredvaluesofmechanicalpropertiesoflaminatedfabricsshallbeprovided,minimumtestseriesof20samples.
6.1.1.Concretesurfacepreparation
Anyunsoundmaterialshallberemovedandremovedconcreteshallberepairedasdescribedabove.Largeblowholes
andhoneycombingshallbefilledwithasuitablerepairmortar.
Repairmaterialsshallbefullycompatiblewiththeadhesive.
Theactualstrengthoftheconcretesubstrateshallbeverifiedwithatleastthreepullofftests.
Theconcreteshallbeolderthan28days.
Thelaitancelayeronthesubstratesurfaceshallberemovedandanopentexturedsurfaceshallbecreated.
