In this video clip I can learned following things using Mohr circle;

i) How to draw Mohr circle,

We need to draw following stress, for drawing the Mohr circle.

a).need to consider two orthogonal planes at a given point.

b).shear stress and normal stress on those planes.

ii). Pole point (origin of planes)

and furthermore, using Mohr circle can determine following things,

*.magnitude of the principal stress

*.the orientation of principle stress

*.magnitude of maximum shear stress

*.orientation on plane upon which it acts

*.using pole method, can compute stress states on any specified planes

B).when consider about Mohr circle, it is graphical representation of the stress of the point
on a solid. X axis represent normal stress, Y axis represent shear stress. Sign convention is
important part for drawing Mohr circle. Pole point is special point of the Mohr circle .That can
be used to determinant the physical orientation stress acting at the point. When draw the
Mohr circle in a scale, we can get locating principal planes, stress on the considerable
planes.

C). this video clip help me to learn about how to draw Mohr circle and what are the find out
from it like magnitude of principle stress ,orientation of principle stress ,maximum shear
