I have uninstalled the KB971033 update. when i use
the cmd method. it says, the maximum allowed
number of re-arms has been exceeded. you must
reinstall the OS before trying to re-arm again. please
help.

Thank you for reminding me of the exact command I
had to type in to get rid of this nuisance. I had looked it
up and used that method before, but at the time I
didnt bother to really memorize the method or
copypaste how to do it for later. Little did I know
Microsoft wouldnt let up after the first time and that
error would just reappear later

Ill be sure to simply drop this little trick in a txt file

After Following 1st step also my system is showing that
maximum number of attempt for rearm is exceeded so
please re install it again
