himself into team necessities wherever there is a need. He has personality traits that fit into any

given situation, remaining calm in the face of challenges or tragedies. Mackenzie maintains a

calm and unhurried exterior that puts families and patients at ease. He easily gains the trust of

families, loved ones, and colleagues, and instinctively recognizes when patients and families

need personal time. Mackenzie is not afraid to ask questions of senior coworkers, or physicians,

but remains constant in his endeavor to gain knowledge and understanding.
