How do you perceive the world?

How do you make decisions?

What is your lifestyle function?

Please undertake the Humanmetrics online personality profile questionnaire to determine your
personality type using the following link:

The Questionnaire comprises 72 questions which you should answer as quickly and as instinctively as
possible; you shouldnt spend too much time thinking about each question unless it is to check the
meaning because you dont understand it! I was able to complete the questionnaire within 10
minutes.

Completion of the Questionnaire will generate a report revealing

1. A full description of your type

2. A summary description of your Type
3. Possible career choices compatible with your Type
4. Suggestions for personal development and team building to exploit your qualities and
attributes

You should copy and paste these reports on to a document which you can save for future reference
as once you log out it will be difficult to return to some of these reports.

We will be discussing and reflecting upon what the report reveals about you and how this links with
previous module exercises. This report may be a key part of your assignment and will provide very
good evidence for your portfolio so make the most of it.

You tutor will facilitate reflection and discussion in your seminar group so please make the most of
this. Remember that your assignment is assessed on the quality and depth of refection on what the
exercise reveals. If your portfolio only includes the report without any evidence of reflection or
understanding then your mark will reflect this. Your module tutor will be challenging you to
understand what the diagnostics mean and how you can exploit this to your advantage in the future.
