This has reference to the interview you had with us for employment. We are pleased to offer you

Your Annual Gross Emoluments will be Rs. 96,000 Per Annum.

This Letter of Offer-cum-Appointment and its terms will become effective from the date of your
joining and post issuance of "Letter of Confirmation of Appointment" by HR upon your joining.

Your employment with us will be governed by the terms and conditions as detailed in Annexure A.
It is a pre-condition to your joining that on or before the date of joining, you would be required to furnish
filled in Employment Application Form along with photocopies of all documents as listed in Annexure B.

ANNEXURE- A
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

1. Salary Payment: The cutoff date for payroll processing is 15th of every month. Please note that first
salary payment for those who join after the 15th will be processed in following month's payroll cycle.
The performance appraisal and salary revision wil1 be subject to Golan Technology and Solutions Pvt
Ltd Policy.

2. Place of posting: Your initial place of posting is at Hyderabad Office. You will attend to the work
allotted to you and carry out any other assignments entrusted to you by the management from time to
time. You may be transferred permanently or sent on deputation to any of the
offices/subsidiaries/associate offices of the company or its clients, to any town or city in India or
abroad, at the sole discretion of the Management, in the business interests of the organization.

3. Retirement: You will retire on the last day of the month in which you complete 60 years of age.

4. Working Hours & Weekly off: Your working hours will be fixed subject to the actual timings of duty
being fixed by the management from time to time. You may be transferred from one shift to another
as and when applicable and as may be required to work for extra hours in case of requirement by
your superiors in the interest of the company's work your weekly off will not be fixed
and is liable to be changed.

5. Notice Period/Termination: This contract of employment between you and the Company may be
terminated by either party by giving 30 days notice or gross 1 month salary in lieu thereof. However
release from the services of the Company will be subject to satisfactory handover of the
responsibilities assigned to you. In the event of willful neglect or breach of any of the terms hereof or
refusal on your part to carry out the lawful instructions of any member of the Company or being guilty
of misconduct, the Company may terminate your employment forthwith without notice.

6. Training related Service agreements: During the tenure of your employment, the company may
incur training/ certification expenses on you. In the event you leave our services within a period of 12
months from the date of training/ certification, you will be required to reimburse the entire training
costs including any travel costs related to the training. Depending on the expenses involved, you may
also be required to sign a service agreement with the company for a specific period, which will be
indicated to you at that time.

7. General Conduct, Rules & Regulations: You will be governed by the various rules, regulations and
service conditions that are in force or may be framed or amended by the Company from time to time.
During the employment with the Company you will also be governed by the Companys policies and
rules regarding attendance, leave, disciplinary actions policy, and all other policies and procedures,
which are in place or which may be in place from time to time.

If at any time in the opinion of the Management, you were found guilty of dishonesty, negligence or
indiscipline, or of violation of any of the terms of this appointment letter or any of the policies of the
Company, your services would stand terminated without any notice period or compensation.

8. Leave: You will be entitled to privilege, sick and casual leave as applicable to your category of
employees

9. Conditions of Hire: Your employment will be subject to the following pre-conditions:

1. You obtain a clear discharge from your present employer.


2. You provide two satisfactory references, one being from your current employers.
3. Your employee verification check conducted by Golan Technology and Solutions Pvt Ltd is
cleared.

All appointments are based on the information furnished by you in your employment application and
all further declarations and undertakings. Hence, any false statement or information furnished as
above will lead to your dismissal without notice.

Please note that your Full name mentioned in this offer letter will be used to create your employee
records in Golan Technology and Solutions Pvt Ltd and the same will be used for all communication
purpose as well. In case you need a change in your name, please contact your recruiter before DOJ
and inform him/her about the same. The Full name provided by you should be consistent with valid
documents submitted by you, such as Education certificate, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters,
PAN card, Passport and Marriage Certificate.

You hereby warrant that you are not in breach of any contract with any third party or restricted in any
way in your ability to undertake or perform the duties of your employment. You also warrant that you
will be fully responsible for any personal liabilities that may arise as the result of an agreement
between you and any third party and that the Company will in no way be concerned with such
liabilities. You will at all times maintain your ability to be employed in India and in the event of any
change in your personal circumstances resulting in possible alteration to the employability status, you
will keep the employer informed.

During your employment with the Company you will agree to work on any project that you are
assigned to, irrespective of technical platforms / skills and nature of the project. If necessary, you may
also be required to work in shifts. Failing to do so can lead to termination of employment without
notice.

During the period of this employment you should not draw, accept or endorse any cheque or bill on
behalf of the Company or, in any way, pledge the Company's credit except so far as you may have
been authorized by the Company to do so, either generally or in any particular case.

10. Law and Jurisdiction: The terms and conditions as stipulated above shall be interpreted in
accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of India.

In addition to above you will also be governed by all other instructions/rules/policies of the company,
which are not specifically mentioned in this letter. The same are available on PRM Intranet and you
are expected to go through the same carefully. For clarification, if any, regarding these
instructions/rules/policies please get in touch with PRM Department

11. Company Assets: You may be provided with various type of company / client provided assets,
access, documents, etc. to enable you to fulfill the requirements of your project / assignment / role.
Such assets are strictly intended for the official purposes and shall be used only by you and never
handed over to anyone under any circumstances, without the prior written approval of Golan
Technology and Solutions management.

Documents Required (2 Copies each)

1. Relieving letter / Resignation Acceptance Letter from immediate previous employer OR Read
Receipt copy of the resignation mail sent OR Resignation mail (mentioning of last working day
is mandatory)

2. Experience letter from previous employers (If Applicable).

3. Last employer Salary details (Appointment letter / Latest Increment Letter (If Applicable).)

4. Highest Degree Mark sheet and Certificate

5. Passport Copies (First and Last page only)

6. Pan card Copy Mandatory

7. Passport Size Photographs (4 NOS)

8. Driving License

All these documents must be self-attested

Also request you to carry original documents of the the same will be returned to you on the
same day after Verification.

Please read this letter carefully and should the terms and conditions be acceptable to you, sign
the duplicate copy as a token of your having understood and accepted these.

Reimbursement of expenses for one telephone at residence and one mobile for official use as per
Companys policy existing or as amended.

Payment of perquisites, allowances and reimbursements shall be subject to provisions of Income Tax,
as applicable.

Note:
It is expected that individual compensation package would not be shared with other employees.
The above compensation structure is subject to change without affecting emoluments adversely.
Applicable tax would be borne by the employee.
