People communicate because they need each other.

Communication process plays a

major role in the daily life of every person, starting with the simplest and most complex activities
that it unfold. Moment by moment, hour by hour, each of us has something to say. Each are
persuade or is persuaded.
Communication is a way for me to express myself and be understood. At the University I
developed abilities to communicate more effectively. Teachers give us the possibility to
communicate and develop our personality for to be a persevering persons and get everything we
aim. Since I started studying at university I observed just like my colleagues that I'm not so shy
and communicate more. We were talking to each lesson, we expose our opinion and every
opinion is welcome.

Speaking is a condition for success in almost every field. Nowadays communication is

very important especially in bussines. The most important aspect is that what is said and how it
is said. Communication and contact partner is a fundamental characteristic of the negotiation
process for success.

In business today, more than ever, communication is essential for achieving some
significant economic and commercial results. An investor may have made the best business
plans, to have the most qualified and most motivated employees and necessary resources but if
not well trained communication skills will not be successful.

Good communication is the result of good self-knowledge. When you know yourself well
enough, thoughts are better structured, words are better chosen to shape thoughts to be
understood better by interlocutor. Effective communication requires to correctly convey a
message listener to understand him better.

Communication can be: verbal, paraverbal and nonverbal. Of these, verbal

communication (this are words) represent only 7% of communication; 38% represent paraverbal
communication (tone, volume, rate of speech ...) and 55% is nonverbal communication (facial
expression, position, movement, clothing, etc). Communication makes possible the coexistence
of people.

Through the process of communication, always follow four main purposes:

- to be heard;

- to be understood correctly;

- opinion to be accepted;
- to provoke a reaction (behavior change or attitude of an opinion).

Communication is not just a way of speaking and contact with other people, but also is
the ability of each person to express the meaning of everyone around no matter what religion,
nationality, age or social status is the partner of communication. Also to communicate is not
enough to be a good orator, must be a polite personally, amiable and informed course.

People communicate to express themselves, to know so that they can make decisions for
the benefit of future decisions in different areas of life. Also with the help of communication can
influence the decision of a person or a whole society, and resorting to possession or knowledge
of certain elements of human psychology. People's future depends largely on the ability of people
to understand one another, which implies a positive and effective communication, otherwise
everywhere dominates chaos, the result of communication with the negative effect to society.

I think that communication is a key to success and an ineffective communication can lead
to misunderstanding and this will be a barrier in a career or a relationship.
