1) The bot is named HandyLibrary on facebook messenger, In the beginning, a user

has to press "Get Started" Button to experience the chatbot.

When the user clicks "Get Started" Button then bot sends a response and at the s
ame time facebook generates a unique user ID. The user is authenticated
using OTP verification.

2)After OTP verification,the bot will start a conversation with the user by
providing options to choose from.There are currently two options, one is
Search New Book and another is View Your Profile.
3) Book Search option is divided into three parts which are By Book Name, By Aut
hor Name
and By Book & Author Name. The user can search books using any of the three opt
ions.
4) Results of books searched by the user are shown in this figure.Book informati
on includes
Book Name, Author Name, Availability, Index.
Profile of user contains Book name, Author name, Barcode of the book,Expiry Date
and also show fine if it is.About us is about HandyLibrary

5)More search results are shown related to the user's search.

6) There is a persistent menu in the bot which will be
always available to the user that contains shortcuts to Search New Book, View Yo
ur Profile, and About Us. About Us
is basically to describe the chatbot.
7) View Your Profile option is shown under this which includes book issued on us
er's name
and its details that include Book Name, Author Name, Barcode, Expiry Date and Fi
ne.
