REQUEST FOR EARLY PROCESSING OF REFUND APPEAL

I would be very grateful if my appeal for a refund on medical expenses could be processed

earlier than stated. Below is the reason for this request;

My laptop which I was using for my final year project was stolen recently and I was given

money to purchase another. But, the urgency of my medical situation compelled me to use that

money to cater for the expenses hoping to be refunded early. Unfortunately, I was told to come

in a month time. My progress has been halted because of this. I would be much grateful if

your office could process the appeal early to enable me continue with my project work.
