RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing routine and moderately complex
Schedule preventive maintenance specially for units of
Coil tubing 125K-95K-60K-30K -45K and their
components (Injector, Reel, Control House, Power pack ,
trailer), clam unit pump HT400, nitrogen unit, slick line
unit , ken worth truck, crane outrigger, forklift)

- Maintenance and repair all Engines type Caterpillar,

Cummins, and Detroit.

- Troubleshooting problems (Hydraulic-Mechanic-

Electric-Pneumatic)

- Operator coil tubing unit for test

- Working in the shop and in the field

- Ability to handle heavy items and work in extreme
weather and physical conditions
- Operator crane outrigger with maintenance and pull
test

- Diagnostic and repair hydraulic problems (hydraulic

Pumps & hydraulic Motors, All type hydraulic valves,
Hydraulic cylinder )

- Rebuild hydraulic pumps and motors (injector, Reel)

- Rebuild injector gearbox and brakes, and testing

- Replace (Reel, injector and house) Hydraulic pumps

with pressure Adjustment

- Replace Injector leaner beam, leaner chains and

gripper chains with Adjustment

- Replace injector Motors with performing case drain

Test

- Using flow meter for testing hydraulic pumps

- Assembled and disassembled reel and their

components (Bearings, differential, level wind
as well as perform case drain motors test

- Disassembled and assembled crane outrigger boom

to replace seal cylinder as well as outriggers and
Replace winch cable

- Diagnostic and repair Mechanic and Electrical

problems of different equipment (truck, trailer, clam
unit)

- Welding and using cutting torch

- Made (Assembled hose-fitting) of all type of hoses

(high and low pressure) using clamp Machine.

- Repair Air Condition A/C

 Qualification
- I get brake certificate from Bendix Air brake system

- I get hydraulic training about coil tubing unit with

Ken Wilson in 2013

- I get well control hydraulic interlock training in 2014

- I have a Class B-C-E drivers License as well as crane

overhead badge

And Forklift.

- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good

- Sap Skills; Knowledge of (MMBE, IW 31, IE39,

IE03)

- Sap; Able to find Sap number of any part through sap

search in Hal word or through manuals.

- Sap; Able to create work order, add part in work

order, close work order, Able to check Availability of
part in warehouse ect

- Talk and write Arab, English and French

- Ability to demonstrate safe work habits and work well
