Dear Hiring Manager,

As a new grad of The University of Arizonas BSN program, I am incredibly excited to

potentially work at my dream hospital, Lurie Childrens. Along with my colleagues, I will
promote the protective and nurturing environment with excellent, compassionate patient care that
characterizes Lurie Childrens. For the past year I have followed Lurie Childrens on social
media and have enjoyed Foto Fridays. More than ever, I am inspired to pursue a career at this
extraordinary institution and am confident that I am a strong candidate for the RN Internship
Program.

I have obtained my BSN degree at The University of Arizona, which has one of the best nursing
programs in the country. The rigor and demanding nature of the program has prepared me very
well, allowing me to sharpen my critical thinking, increase my confidence at the bedside, and
develop a strong sense of patient advocacy. Being in the top 35% of my graduating class, I was
invited to join Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. I also have obtained
PALS certification. These achievements demonstrate my commitment to high acuity and
pediatric nursing as well as nursing in general. My extensive customer service experience in
high-volume environments serves me well in providing compassionate bedside care in fast-paced
environments, with an emphasis on patient satisfaction. I speak Polish and therefore would be an
important bilingual asset to any unit. I am very eager to learn and ready to provide competent
and compassionate care to my future patients.
