Observations:
I try my best to input all activities but I do struggle with inputting everything
I do. It is hard to record activities like responsive services or non-counseling
duties because they happen so fast or I dont spend much time on them. This
is something I continue to work on.
After looking over these numbers it is clear that I spend a lot of time in
program management when more time should be spent in direct services.
Holiday planning takes up a lot of my time in the months of November and
December. This is something I continue to try to improve on every year.
