Title of Artifact: Teacher Candidate Evaluation Form
Standard: Standard Two Learning Differences The teacher uses understanding of individual
differences and diverse cultures and communities to ensure inclusive learning environments that
enable each learner to meet high standards.

I am placing my artifact, Teacher Candidate Evaluation Form, under Standard Two- Learning
Differences, as evidence of continued mastery towards maintaining positivity and support in the
classroom for every student. In the Teacher Candidate Evaluation Form, my cooperating teacher
describes me as patient and kind, even with the most challenging students. Throughout my
observations, I reinforced students and their efforts as often as I could. Despite their struggles
and difficulties, each student has the ability to reach their goals. This is evidence of my ability to
connect and work with students from a variety of backgrounds and ranging abilities.
