Admin Officer / Projects officer

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

General Administration, Project Administration, Coordination, Documentation, Communications,


Secretarial works including Client coordination and Management including close follow-ups of
the projects and project related administrative works

Qualifications:
Completed GCE Olevel / Alevel,
Experience in related field is an additional advantage
Minimum 2 years experience with contactable references
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or
Secretary will be an added advantage

Skills and Abilities:


Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work as part of the team.

Salary:
MVR 5000.00

Food Allowances:
MVR 1000.00
