It is understood by & between Hire to Grow HR Solutions & the clients that:

Hire To Grow HR Solutions will not disclose information that may be classified as
confidential, that it may receive or obtain as a result of entering into this agreement

The Appointment letter and the terms contained therein are confidential information
and shall be used by Hire To Grow HR Solutions only for the purpose of billing and
accounting.

We will be glad & privileged to be at your services, with an assurance of our personal
attention, care and best services at all the times.

TER MS A N D CO ND ITI ONS FOR RECRUITMENT

(For Permanent Staffing)
This proposal is made for the purpose of providing services for recruiting potential employees for
your company. The term & conditions of this proposal cum agreement are following.
Placement Charges:
Initially for 2 candidates, placement charges would be 7% for all position then from 3rd
onwards it would be 7.5% (for all positions from junior level to senior level) of the gross

annual emoluments offered to the candidates i.e., actual Cost to Company (CTC). Non-
monetary perquisites are to be valued on the basis of average monthly cost to the company.
Serv i ce Tax: As per applicable taxes.
Replacement Guarantee:
In case the appointed candidate leaves the company with 90 days from his/her date of joining,
a free replacement will be provided or that fee amount may also be adjust with the fee amount
of any other candidate placed by us.
All information exchange between Executives Network and client will be treated as strictly
confidential.
Pay m ents:
All bills should be settled within 15 days from the date of joining of the candidate by A/c
payee cheque in favour of Hire To Grow HR Solutions payable at Baroda.
