Dr. Osheim has played an integral role in my formation as a social justice servant and community
leader. I have had Dr. Osheim for five courses, including both a sophomore leadership class in
which I identified and developed my Gallup Poll Strengths, and a two-week trip to Italy. I have
worked closely with her as her Modes of Inquiry Peer Assistant, and she can attest to my strong
academic writing abilities, my love of working with students, and my continuous commitment to
campus leadership and engagement.

Breitbach Catholic Thinkers and Leaders program, Colleen has been able to watch me grow

teachers assistant, and have experienced a Chicago service trip that she helped to lead. She can
