Public School Choice In 2011, Carson High School was placed on the Public School Choice list. Selected to
serve as team leader within the Special Education Department to craft the Special
Education Service Plan to adhere to the Modified Consent Decree to be legally
compliant and adherence to IDEA.

Spent over 100 hours planning, coordinating, delegating, and writing the service plan.
This included collaborating with eight other special education teachers on various
portions of the plan and composing the necessary educational plan to be legally
compliant.

Served as Team Leader for the Parent/ Community unit and was the schools liaison
with the students parents, community, and community based organizations and
organized several parent/community meetings to solicit feedback to incorporate within
the plan.

Owner Owner of import company specializing in the importation of frozen seafood for
wholesale companies. Responsible for accounting, inventory, quality control, sales,
marketing, and overall success of the company.

Negotiated, finalized purchases and arranged cash payments to suppliers. Unloaded,

graded, weighed, pack and sold product. Responsible for collection of all outstanding
invoices and accounts payable.
