Habits and Information Levels of Sportsmen Interested in Fighting Sports." N.p., Apr.

2016. Web. 24 Mar. 2017.

This article is a study of the eating habits of athletes that participate in kickboxing and

other forms of martial arts. The goal of this study is to see how much fighters pay attention to

their nutrition and what they know about it. The study looked at individuals in Turkey. After

research, it shows that the nutrition was mostly supplied by the personal trainers, and that the

fighters themselves relied on the media to know what was good or bad. This emphasizes the

importance of the athlete's diet because the quality of food that these people eat will directly

impact their performance. I have decided to include this article in my research because not only

does exercise affect your body but the food you put in it can completely cancel the positive

benefits that exercise provides.

provides quotes from actual people about what they do to help relieve some of this work-related

stress. There it discusses how some people take kickboxing classes because hitting a punching

bag helps them release anger. Another example it had was about someone who takes zumba class

to help get rid of stress. I chose to include this article for my research because it shows examples

of real people who use exercise to reduce stress caused by daily things. This will provide good
